Nursery Children
Children should wear casual, comfortable clothing/ footwear suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor activities and the time of year.
We encourage children in Nursery to wear jogging trousers/skirts/ dresses with either navy blue or yellow t-shirts/ jumpers/sweat shirts. Children may wear school sweatshirts if desired.
Religious headwear should be navy blue
Please label all items of uniform including coats, so any lost items can be returned quickly to the rightful owner.
Thank you
At St Jude’s we pride ourselves on the children being part of our school and we offer discounts for parents when they start Reception for the children to have a jumper or cardigan with the school logo and all childdren are issued with a St Jude’s P.E. t-shirt.
Additional uniform, with the school logo, is available to purchase from Lads and Lasses.
Parents have the option to choose whether children have the uniform with the school logo or whether they wear a plain navy blue jumper or cardigan.
Additionally, a local church in Finchfiled does do a uniform swap shop where pre-loved uniform can be purchased or exchanged. More information can be found on St Columba’s United Reformed Church’s website. St Jude’s will be setting up our own uniform swap shop this year and we will inform parents of when this begins.
